Building wire can be found in residential, commercial, and industrial buildings for general purpose wiring such as lighting and power. The building wire is composed of a copper conductor with a cross linked polyethylene insulator which provides high heat and moisture resistance. Building wire is intended for use in wet or dry locations that will not exceed 90?C. The conductor has a voltage rating of 600 volts.
